On the 24th of this month on the Macedonian Stock Exchange the sale will be offered 12,830 shares of Post Bank, which is owned by the government, which is 33.333 percent of the total shares, Dnevnik writes. At the end of last year the government decided to sell its stake in the bank, and according to what is stated in the notice published in the daily newspapers, postalnews the sale will be made through a public auction on the model `s or nothing. The initial selling price of a share is determined to amount postalnews to 20,950, or 188.09 euros. This means that if the shares are sold at a nominal price established, the government will inkasira just over 2.4 million. The principal of the company, however, as stated postalnews in the notice of sale is 7.2 million.
The public auction will be able to participate only persons who have received prior approval from the National Bank of Macedonia to meet the requirements for becoming a shareholder with a qualifying postalnews holding in the bank in accordance with the Banking Law. According to information obtained from the Central Bank, still not received postalnews such persons according to the needs of the scheduled auction.
The sale of state stake in Post Bank comes a year after the government asked the consultant, which was to assess the value of the bank. In January last year the value of the bank, according to what was posted on her website, was around 5.8 million.
