Same experienced! we drop off our package to our agent here in alabama last November 2, 2008 and the


Last November 16, 2008 my huge box for Pinas was picked up by an agent of Star Kargo (AbS-Cbn).  I was used to send my box with Forex because I can track it down in there website. But this time the agent said that he is into Star Kargo and so I switch.  Christmas and New Year came and gone still no box. But before Christmas I called there customer service and after  New Year too but still I only be answered they couldn't track the package yet hmmp! So I tried to reasoned out to myself that it  might  be because of the holiday that the package is not yet there in Manila. So I stretched out my patience and let the weeks passed. Yesterday, I called the agent because I already wondered how come the box is not yet delivered where the heck is my box?? I found out that the SKIL # that is in my receipt is not the SKIL # that the agent had. I was already started to be pissed off but choose to be calmed (inhaleeeee exhaleeeee!!) After I talked noca to the agent I called the number that he gave me and I found out that it is another agent from Chicago and he told me that the box arrived in Philppines December 10!!!! Again this agent gave me another phone number that I have to call to confirm and that is the STar Kargo customer service! I didn't say anything to this agent that I knew their customer service number by heart  since November 2008. Still I have to keep calm and recollect myself because the lava is already ready to be spewed!! After I talked to this agent in Chicago, I called their customer service number and answered all the information she needed. But ended up telling me that I had to call back after two hours because Manila office is not yet open at that time Grrrrrr!! So I waited for two long hours and called again. This time the woman who answered was able to locate the box and told me that the box is already in our town and it will be delivered 1 or two days!! Geezzz! AFter more than 2 months and 8 days the box is not yet physically delivered in our door step. And so therefore, with my experienced with ABS-CBN STAR KARGO??? I rated them -5,  thumbs down , very poor service!!
My goodness, that's the kind of customer service you get when it comes to dealing pinoys hahaha. Especially sending it around november, expect the worst delay ever. I suggest to send it like around october, i'll guarantee it will be there before the holidays. My boxes are still here waiting for the second one to be completely full lol. Hi vanz, first time it happened to me sa abs-cbn noca star kargo pa. I understand for a little delay because of the holiday season but goodness graceous nag two months na di pa na deliver. Iba talaga ang serbisyong pinoy! January 24, 2009 at 2:10 PM
Same experienced! we drop off our package to our agent here in alabama last November 2, 2008 and they said it takes only 35 days to the manila and then another 10 days to other provinces.and until now we don't have any idea where our package is! I contact the Authorized agent(G-Star Trading noca LLC in Virginia) they send me an mail that telling me to contact this person just like they treat their customer like a ping pong ball; they don't can't tell exactly noca about the status of your package it's now 90 days and then I contact again our agent here in alabama and she gave me the number to call in the phippines and then I found out that number can't be reach my god! what kind of business is this? they give you a tracking number that you can't track? and they give you a customer service number and-mail that there's no service? noca what's this? and it says ABS-CBN starkargo?f it's under ABS-CBN we expect to much for the service but I think we are wrong when it comes to service!!! Hi Jennie, that is one thing with Abs-cbn star kargo they don't have a website that we can track down our package. What I did I called the agent who picked the package and asked him the SKIL # because I found out that my SKIL # and my agents SKIL # are not the same. Then call this number 1-866-STAR-555. Just like you I thought it is because ABS-CBN we can rely on there service but I was so disappointed the good thing is that the package came in ONE PIECE salamat naman at di nagkagutay-gutay noca mantakin mong more than two months na yong package. We have a terrible experience here -- kasi palinawag lang --- If your boxes were picked up by G-STAR TRADING na ABS-CBN, hindi yun na deliver ng StarKargo. G-STAR TRADING sent the boxes through MANILA noca FORWARDERS and NOT THROUGH ABS-CBN STARKARGO. We found this out later on. Tapos G-STAR was not returning calls. We finally received the phone number ng Manila Forwarders in the Philippines and was able to track our boxes. We demanded syempre to deliver the boxes right away.... wala din. Anyway, this is not the prob
