From June 8th submitting a complaint to the telecommunications service provider they will be able to choose the form in which we have to be answered (in writing or electronically). So far, regardless of the form of complaint (orally, in writing or electronically) the provider was obliged to answer "on paper".
If not we will choose the response reaches us this way, we made a complaint. Thus, the contact with the service provider will be matched to your preferences, and not imposed by the regulations. dpb
Change is improving communication between users and providers of telecommunications dpb services, facilitating the exchange of information and adapting its form to that method of contact for us is the most intuitive. It will be faster and more reliable
Using e-mail correspondence or electronic subscriber service offices in less time get the answer to the complaint lodged (than traditional mail), and the response to the rejection of the complaint will no longer have to go to the post office. What's more, if the response of the service provider has not reached us, we can resend response, a copy or a duplicate.
Thanks to the revised regulations will benefit both subscribers and telecommunications companies, who will be able to save on paper and use mailing lists referrals. Complaints will also proceeded smoothly. We care about the environment
More and more of us use electronic communication and willing to give up the multiplication of paper documents. This additional dpb and long-term benefit dpb from the introduction of a new regulation governing the complaint telecommunications services. We save time and valuable forest dpb resources!
