Earlier I used to call UPS when the package was on its way from the US and redirect the job, never any problem. When I called UPS autumn I learned that they had received new routines. UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) are two different companies. Possible it is what you write well, but it may be misunderstood. Heisan, I'm very satisfied with the USPS, never had any problems. Yet I have not used EMS so much, because I have been willing to provide package two weeks to arrive (used Airmail Parcel much, because it is reg. And can be insured). Got incidentally a package at Christmas, it was sent as usual airmail letter, and emerged from the United States on three days, in the midst of the feast! I suppose I have to say is a record, bring but ... I also think that UPS / FedEx often terribly expensive compared with USPS.
