When I received packets, so I've bring always been called and asked if I want to retrieve or if the package to be delivered at the address, I'm at work, so they put it in another car, and delivers flawlessly .. So far I have not had problems whatsoever, far worse is it with the record; -) ... UPS delivers faster from the US to Norway than Norway Post manages from sandefjord and home to me.
there is enough driver you have been lucky with ... UPS does not care ... thought for one whole year that UPS was the world's bring most kundevenlige company until my regular bring driver stopped and I got a random driver each time, so much trouble and frustration that there is one true nightmare ... absolutely amazing, even got shut from a Svan client manager because I have credit my address on the home address and not work, or that B & H does not let me deliver the goods other than the Anderssen card is registered ... Well, anyway, bring something one should surely have to struggle with
Earlier I used to call UPS when the package was on its way from the US and redirect the job, never any problem. When I called UPS autumn I learned that they had received new routines. They should attempt to deliver to the address indicated on the package, whether you call and say that there are not any there. Only after they have tried to deliver on home address can ask to have delivered to alternate address. Caseworker on UPS agreed that it was a waste of resources to not redirect immediately, but the procedures were now once so. I have stopped to annoy me over this and have settled me that packages shipped by UPS now takes 1 day extra ...
But Post delivers when, after all - also in Bergen;) There is something else (than UPS) called USPS (US Postal Service), the American cousin to the Post, and the (in cooperation with Posten) has delivered every time I have ordered anything from over there No, no, I do not work in Post ... but they have intensified in recent years :)
UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) are two different companies. Possible it is what you write well, but it may be misunderstood. The disadvantage of the ordinary mail system is primarily the lack of tracking across borders. Have exclusively good experiences with the courier providers Fedex and DHL. Can not remember if I've used UPS, but I have certainly too. Only problem is that these are arranged delivery door in the daytime, which fits like fit for most Norwegian homes. I have often redirected to the job, possibly available work address when ordering. Regards LYC
as mentioned earlier, bring it is DRIVER it depends on at UPS ... TNT is not better, they owe on strict requirements from Appel (all part of Appel Store and they only use TNT in Norway), so the big problem is that These companies are geared towards businesses where there obviously is no problem getting packages delivered during the day, most of us ordinary bring mortals however have to be happy to work 08-16 and when eg B & H require delivery address = credit card billing address, then it starts to get challenges .. USPS can obviously be used, but takes fast twice as long, but for my part, it is probably worth it to drop all the frustration UPS gives me, but TNT release bring I can not escape if I want something on Appel Store this hra I called and asked my knees about, but unfortunately ...
Agree, exclusively very good experiences with DHL and UPS (no experience with Fedex), and agree that the delivery door during the daytime, bring which is often poorly suited. An entire section fit weak experiences with Posten, own and others, complementing the picture. MVH CA
Heisan, I'm very satisfied with the USPS, never had any problems. Yet I have not used EMS so much, because I have been willing to provide package two weeks to arrive (used Airmail Parcel much, because it is reg. And can be insured). Got incidentally a package at Christmas, it was sent as usual airmail letter, and emerged from the United States on three days, in the midst of the feast! I suppose I have to say is a record, bring but ... I also think that UPS / FedEx often terribly expensive compared with USPS. But it varies, yes, certainly after what kind of company agreements firm one trades with has ... Another thing that is often so we do not have the opportunity to decide which company to use, one must fine find themselves in using the option that offered by the current vendor ... Some offer options, but many do not do that ... Regards, bring AaseM. :)
Alas, LYC, USPS HAVE package tracking across borders, it is not more than a week ago I got a package bring from the United States bring and used it. And yes, there are two different companies, and yes, that's what I write. Can not quite see how it is possible to misunderstand ...? Oh well, no big deal, but then it is in any case brought clarity in case :)
Yes, I see that others also say that USPS may
