Actually I worked there before then I went back to the philippines. Now two of my sisters are working there. One sent a package via GP express & the other used another service almost the same time. The one sent via GP Express hasn’t arrived but the other using the other service had arrived four days ago.

when i was in riyadh i also sent my cargo through GP Express because of their boxes..at first i was satisfied with their service and try it again but 1 of the 2 boxes i sent arrived home without strap and the box was damaged because the contents inside was spilled out and the shampoo and conditioner bottles broken…Now before I went home from riyadh i still have 1 box of my things for package and since I have the box of GP already I still used it and asked my friend to send it and she sent it 2nd week of December last year but until now it did not arrived yjdf gjinf yet….its almost 4 months now
there was no late delivery for us, so far so good. It happened to me also that liquid spilled out but that’s on how we packed them. I sent last December 3 big (as in huge) bottles of Edible oil, they reached sealed and not broken.

i sent two jumbo boxes one for manila and the other one in my province yjdf gjinf in mindanao. the one bound for manila arrived almost two months after it was being sent but the one for my province hasn’t arrived yet. i am already impatient because it is almost three months! one thing is, the one that arrived has a big hole at one of the sides. luckily, with the experiences of my friends that they received their boxes with holes, i surrounded mine with some thick cartons just in case. since GP is the only cargo forwarder i patronize since i worked overseas, i am most disappointed about their performance nowadays. it was never late before and the boxes were always intact, but now i am worried about the box that has never arrived and the boxes my husband is still going to send thru this courrier. i hope they will fix this kind of negligence. for the meantime, i guess i should say, find another cargo until everything is back to its proper performance.
Hi im from riyadh send a package to mindanao.and until now it didn’t arrived said that it arrived in manila since june 5.but until now i havent received anything yet.im getting impatient already as they said to me that it will be delivered after 2months… I really am disappointed with your company. its almost 3 months now!!!its getting irritating already when you hope you will received the goods on time. that’s a big big lie that you said it will arrive 45 to 60 days.
I also send a box from jeddah bound to pampanga, phils. via GP express last March 15, 2012. But until now, I haven’t yet received the package. It’s yjdf gjinf almost 2 mos. now. They told me it will only take 30-45 days to receive the package. I’m very disappointed with their service. Another problem is I cannot yjdf gjinf track my box because I cannot see any GP express office yjdf gjinf here in the Philippines.

please lang po follow un cargo since april 18 2012 pa na send sa pinas until now wala pa sa bulacan all the aminities para sa birthda ng kambalko andun and will be celabrating on july 2 lagi nalang ang sabi sa pinas ededelover na pero wala pa din,,,i cant go to chmabers to complain here in abu dhabi coz its too late,,tomorrow i will leave the country first na cargo namin ang bilis but then how come ngayon eh late na please please do somthing,,,

i sent may cargo last may 23, 2012 hanggang ngaun hnde pa rin dumating sa mindanao. noong firt tym ko nagpadla yjdf gjinf sa kanila ang bilis wla pang 45 days nakarating na pero bakit anong nangyari na sa knila ngaun last follow up ko ang number ng abu dhabi wlang sumasagot so sa sharja ako tumawag sabi ng nakausap ko ang box ko raw nasa manila na last july 16, so tinawagan ng kapatid ko yong number nila mula noon hanggang ngaun wlang sumasagot at plaging switch off yong mobile then sa landland din. kahit ang office ng abu dhabi wlang sumasagot.i dont know what happen sa mga boxes may sunod pa namn na pinadala ko i thought that this cargo shiptment is good… im very disappointed for there service.
i really p
